New Protein Regimen

A few days ago I wrote that I was looking to change up my current protein for better results.  After consulting with my brother and reading the T-Nation article that FFY posted on tumblr, I’ll be utilizing this regimen starting today.

Pre:  Muscle Milk with 5g BCAA powder
Post:  Whey (GNC Amp 60)
Before Bed:  Casein

Personally, I like the whey/casein blend of Muscle Milk, so I’m going to stick with that pre-lift (plus I don’t have to mix my own blend of the two).  I might end up adding waxy maize to the casein shake eventually, but I need to order it first.

We’ll see how this goes.
